【摘要】 目的评价显微镜下外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)的疗效。方法 37例RRD患者,全部在显微镜下行裂孔定位、放液、巩膜外顶压、冷凝及扣带术治疗,术后随访3个月,观察视网膜复位及视力恢复情况。结果首次视网膜复位者32例,再次手术复位者3例,总复位率为94.6%;视力提高29例(78.4%),术后未发生严重并发症。结论显微镜下外路手术治疗RRD手术具有简便、精确、并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of external route surgery for treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).Methods A total of 37 RRD cases(37 eyes)was treated by location of retinal hole,drainage of subretinal fluid,cryothery and sclera buckling under microscope.The follow-up period was 3 months,during which the reattachment and corrected vision were recorded.Results Anatomic reattachment after first surgery was obtained in 32 cases and that after second surgery in another 3 cases,with a total success rate of 94.6%.Vision was improved in 29 eyes(78.4%),which remained unchanged in 5 eyes and became worse in 2 eyes.No severe complications were seen after surgery.Conclusion Surgical treatment of RRD via external route under microscope has the advantages of accuracy,simplicity and less complications.更多还原
