【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜间质肉瘤的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析12例子宫内膜间质肉瘤患者的临床资料。结果 12例均手术切除,病理诊断为子宫内膜间质肉瘤。术后8例复发,平均复发时间71个月;复发后再次手术4例;复发后全部病例进行了化疗,同时辅以孕激素治疗3例,GnRH治疗1例。同时合并放疗1例,生存38个月。结论子宫内膜间质肉瘤为低度恶性肿瘤,全子宫和双附件切除以及盆腔和腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除术为其基本术式,孕激素治疗应为术后的基本的辅助治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the management of endometrial stromal sarcoma(ESS). Methods Data of 12 cases with ESS were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases received surgery and ESS was diagnosed pathologically. ESS recurred in 8 cases within avaraged 71 months,of whom 4 cases were reoperated.Chemotherapy was performed in all 8 relapsed cases,in whom combined use of progestogen in 3 cases and GnRH in 1 case.One case was given combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy,who survived for 38 months. Conclusion ESS is a low malignant tumor with low recurrence rate and prolonged survival,for which a surgery of hysterectomy and bilateral salpinoophorotomy is basic treatment and progestogen therapy may be taken as an assistant.更多还原
