【摘要】 目的探讨参脉注射液(SM)对下肢缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤的保护作用。方法 60例成人骨科下肢手术患者随机分为参脉组(SM组)和对照组(C组)。SM组在止血带充气前静脉给予SM 60ml;C组用等量生理盐水。测定下肢缺血前(T0)、止血带充气30min(T1)、放气后3min(T2)、30min(T3)及术后24h(T4)血K+、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD);记录心电图。结果与T0比较,两组止血带放气之后平均动脉压(MAP)均降低,SM组T2时高于C组(P<0.05)。SM组T2、T3时MDA均低于C组、而SOD均高于C组(P<0.05)。SM组止血带放气后心律失常发生率3.3%(1/30),明显低于C组的10%(3/30)(P<0.01)。结论下肢止血带充气前静脉给予SM 60ml可减轻下肢I-R损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the protective effects of shenmai injection(SM) on tourniquet-induced low limb ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) injury.Methods Sixty patients undergoing surgery on the low extremities were equally randomized into two groups of SM(given SM 60 ml before tourniquet inflation) and C(given normal saline as the control).Serum levels of potassium,malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured before ischemia(T0),at 30 min(T1) during tourniquet inflation and 3 min(T2),30 min(T3) and 24 h(T4) after tourniquet deflation.ECG was recorded as well.Results Compared to T0,MAP decreased after tourniquet deflation in both groups,which at T2 was higher in group SM than that in group C(P<0.05).The serum MDA was lower,but SOD was higher,in group SM than those in group C at T2 and T3(P<0.05).Conclusion SM 60 ml given before tourniquet inflation may attenuate tourniquet-induced low limb I-R injury in the patients undergoing surgery on the low extremities.更多还原
