【摘要】 目的探讨能动性相关蛋白-1(MRP-1/CD9)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在舌鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测MRP-1/CD9和MMP-2在53例舌鳞癌中的表达,将检测结果与患者的临床特征进行相关性分析。结果 MRP-1/CD9和MMP-2在舌鳞癌中的强阳性表达率分别为60.4%和62.3%;MRP-1/CD9蛋白的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);MMP-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移及病理分级相关(P<0.05)。MRP-1/CD9表达和MMP-2表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MRP-1/CD9和MMP-2对舌鳞癌的发生、发展起重要作用;检测其蛋白表达水平对于评价患者的预后有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of motility-related protein(MRP-1/CD9) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.Methods Using immunohistochemical method,53 squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue specimens were tested for expressions of MRP-1/CD9 and MMP-2.Correlations of clinicopathological parameters and prognostic significance were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of MRP-1/CD9 and MMP-2 in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue were 60.4% and 62.3%,respectively.MRP-1/CD9 protein was associated with lymph node metastasis of the tumor(P<0.05).MMP-2 protein was associated with lymph node metastasis and pathological stage(P<0.05).MRP-1/CD9 expression was correlated with MMP-2 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion MRP-1/CD9 and MMP-2 protein may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.Detection of the two proteins has a certain value in predicting the prognosis of the patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.更多还原
