【摘要】 目的探讨经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法用球囊扩张PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折18例。术前患椎明显疼痛,但无神经症状及体征,术前CT示椎体后壁均完整。结果 18例患者术后胸腰背部疼痛明显缓解或消失,X线检查显示病椎椎体高度恢复满意,后凸畸形纠正13～24度。结论 PKP治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折可有效缓解疼痛,部分恢复椎体高度,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) in the treatment of vertebral body compression fractures(VCF) in patients with osteoporosis.Methods PKP was performed in 18 patients with osteoporotic thoeacic and lumbar vertebral compression fractures,who had severe VCF-caused back pain before operation but without any neurotic symptoms and signs.The posterior vertebral walls were all intact in all patients under CT scan.Results Back pain disappeared or relieved postoperatively in 14 cases.The X-ray examinations showed a satisfactory recovery of vertebral height and a correction of 13 to 24 degrees in kyphosis angle.Conclusion PKP is effective in attenuating the pain,partly correcting vertebral height and obtaining satisfactory therapeutic outcomes in the treatment of VCF in patients with osteoporosis.更多还原
