【摘要】 目的探讨KLOTHO基因第四外显子C-1818T多态性与中国苏皖地区汉族人群急性心肌梗死(AMI)的关系。方法入选229例AMI患者(AMI组)和235例经相关检查排除冠状动脉疾病者(对照组),采用PCR及基因芯片技术检测KLOTHO基因C-1818T多态性的基因型,同时测定甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血糖等临床生化指标。结果与对照组相比,AMI组老年人(≥60岁)和男性患者的CT基因型频率均明显升高(P均<0.05),在调整多因素并经logistic回归分析后,KLOTHO基因CT基因型与老年人和男性AMI无显著关联性。结论 KLOTHO基因C-1818T多态性CT基因型可能是中国苏皖地区汉族人群AMI的易感基因型。在存在多种动脉粥样硬化相关危险因素的情况下,携带该基因型的老年人和男性较易发生AMI。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the KLOTHO gene C-1818T polymorphism in exon 4 and acute myocradial infarction(AMI) in the Chinese Han population of Suwan region.Methods Two hundred and twenty-nine patients with AMI(AMI group) and 235 normal people without coronary artery disease through coherence checks(control group) were selected and their KLOTHO gene C-1818T polymorphisms were measured by polymerase chain reaction and gene microarray.The levels of triglyeride,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein and glucose were also measured simultaneously by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results Compared with control group,the frequencies of CT genotype in elderly(age≥60 years) or in male were higher significantly in AMI group(P<0.05).Furthermore,after adjustment for multiple factors by logistic regression analysis,the carrier prevalence of the CT genetype in elderly or in male did not differ between AMI group and control group.Conclusion The CT genetype of the KLOTHO gene C-1818T polymorphism may be associated with the susceptibility to AMI in the Chinese Han population of Suwan region.Under correlated risk factors of atherosclerosis,AMI is easy to happen in the elderly or male with CT genotype.更多还原
