【摘要】 目的检测慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清HBV外膜大蛋白(HBV-LP)含量,评估其在HBV感染中的临床价值。方法用新的ELISA方法检测处于不同HBV感染阶段患者血清中HBV-LP,同时测定HBV DNA及相关HBVM。对比HBV-LP和HBV DNA及其他HBVM在不同HBV感染阶段阳性率和血清含量。结果血清HBV-LP与HBV DNA及HBeAg含量呈正相关(r=0.743及r=0.542,P<0.01)。HBV-LP和HBV DNA的符合率最高(97.3%)。大部分HBsAg或(和)HBeAg阴性患者,血清HBV-LP均为阳性。结论 HBV-LP测定在HBV感染诊断、治疗及其预后判定方面均有重要的临床价值,尤其对于一些HBVM为阴性的CHB患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of detecting the hepatitis B virus large surface protein(HBV-LP) in the diagnosis and monitoring of HBV infection.Methods Serum HBV-LP levels and a panel of other HBV markers HBV DNA and HBVM were detected using a new ELISA technique in a large population of patients with chronic HBV.The clinical value of HBV-LP was evaluated by comparing the coincidence of detection of HBV DNA and HBV.Results HBV-LP was positively correlated with HBV DNA and HBeAg (r=0.743 and r=0.542,P<0.01) in HBV patients.HBV-LP displayed the highest coincidence rate(94.7%) with HBV DNA.ConclusionDetection of serum HBV-LP has an important value in diagnosis and treatment of HBV infection and in predicting the prognosis of HBV patients,especially in those with HBVM negative.更多还原
