【摘要】 目的总结膀胱癌根治性切除输尿管直肠内种植尿粪合流术的疗效。方法对70例膀胱癌根治性切除输尿管直肠内种植尿粪合流术患者,术后1~19年跟踪随访。结果 70例中,失访10例,随访率达85.7%。获随访的60例:8例死于肿瘤转移,其余病例电解质、肾功能均正常;3例在1年内有尿路感染征象;60例白天尿控全部良好,夜间熟睡后8例有尿失禁,1年后尿控能力加强,目前仅有1例夜间熟睡后有尿失禁。生存的52例自感排尿频率接近正常,能参加工作。结论全膀胱切除输尿管直肠内种植尿粪合流手术效果好、手术操作简化、手术时间短、并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of nephric duct implantation into intestinum rectum in patients underwent bladder carcinoma radical excision.Methods The nephric duct implantation into intestinum rectum was performed in 70 patients received bladder carcinoma radical excision,in whom 60(85.7%) patients were followed-up for 1 to 19 years.Results Of 60 cases,8 cases died from tumor metabasis.Within 1 year after operation,3 cases had urinary infection.Sixty patients can control urinating on the daytime,8 cases had urinary incontinence and needed to use urinal pad at night,which was improved gradually 1 year later.The fifty-two survival cases felt good and can work normally.Conclusion The nephric duct implantation into intestinum rectum is a kind of effective,simple,time-saving and 1ittle complication way for the patients underwent bladder carcinoma radical excision.更多还原
