正常实验兔的肝脏超声造影
An experimental study on rabbits liver using contrast-enhanced ultrasound
【摘要】 目的探讨正常实验兔肝脏的超声造影规律。方法应用不同剂量的超声造影剂对40只实验兔肝脏进行超声造影,测量正常实验兔肝静脉内造影剂出现的时间(HVAT)及肝动脉内造影剂出现的时间(HAAT),分析正常实验兔肝脏的超声造影规律。结果 39只实验兔在实验中观察及测量了HAAT及HVAT,在注射声诺维(SonoVueTM)后4~5 s,肝动脉出现了强化,随即强化信号减弱消失,肝静脉出现强化。注射0.1 ml及0.2 ml声诺维所测得的肝动静脉血流参数间无统计学差异。结论运用声诺维对实验兔肝脏进行超声造影,能清楚的显示出实验兔的肝动脉及肝静脉的强化。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rule of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in rabbits.Methods The hepatic artery arriving time(HVAT) and the hepatic vein arriving time(HAAT) were measured and the rule of contrast-enhanced ultrasound was analyzed.Results All the hepatic arteries and veins were distinctly enhanced at 5 seconds after injction in 39 rabbits.The values of HVAT and HAAT were not significantly different between two doses (0.1 ml and 0.2 ml) of SonoVueTM.ConclusionThe enhance of the hepatic artery and vein can be shown clearly by contrast-enhanced ultrasound with SonoVueTM in rabbits
