【摘要】 目的评价无症状心肌缺血(SMI)患者门控心肌灌注显像(GMPT)与超声心动图(UCG)所测定的左室射血分数(LVEF)相关性。方法符合WHO冠心病诊断标准的SMI患者109例,以左室舒张末期容积(EDV)分成Ⅰ组(EDV>70 ml,53例)和Ⅱ组(EDV≤70 ml,56例),分别用GMPT和UCG测定LVEF值。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组GMPT和UCG所测LVEF值均呈正相关[(60.08±15.01)vs.(59.62±9.59)(r=0.48,P<0.01)][、(76.88±9.44)vs.(64.75±4.32)(r=0.29,P<0.05)]。Ⅱ组GMPT的LVEF测定值较UCG的大(P<0.01)。结论 GMPT与UCG测量SMI患者的LVEF值具有较好的相关性;当EDV≤70 ml时,心功能状态被GMPT一定程度高估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the correlation of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) mearured by gated myocardial perfusion tomography(GMPT) and ultrasonic cardiography(UCG) in patients with silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Methods A total of 109 patients with SMI was diagnosed in accordance with WHO standards.The values of LVEF measured by GMPT and UCG were compared in 53 SMI cases(group Ⅰ) with left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV)>70ml and 56 SMI cases(group Ⅱ) with EDV≤70ml.Results The values of LVEF measured by GMPT were positively correlated to those measured by UCG in group Ⅰ[(60.08±15.01) vs.(59.62±9.59)](r=0.48P<0.01) and group Ⅱ[(76.88±9.44) vs.(64.75±4.32)](r=0.29,P<0.05).The value of LVEF measured by GMPT was higher than that by UCG in group Ⅱ(P<0.01).Conclusion The value of LVEF measured by GMPT is well correlated to that by UCG,which is overestimated to some extent in SMI cases with EDV≤70ml.更多还原
