棉织物葡萄糖氧化酶低温活化漂白

【摘要】 葡萄糖氧化酶低温漂白体系中H2O2分解率仅为50%左右,为此加入活化剂TAED进行活化低温漂白。在一定的葡萄糖氧化酶催化产生H2O2的条件下,确定了活化低温漂白优化工艺:pH值7.0、温度70℃、时间60 min、nTAED/nH2O20.5∶1、浴比10∶1、焦磷酸钠2 g/L。在葡萄糖氧化酶活化低温漂白中,H2O2分解率达98%以上,有利于棉织物白度的提高。与传统漂白工艺相比,葡萄糖氧化酶活化低温漂白的织物白度略低,但纤维损伤小,强力损失更低。

【Abstract】 In low-temperature bleaching of cotton fabric with glucose oxidase,the decomposition of H2O2 is only about 50%,so activator TAED is introduced into the bleaching system.The optimal process of activated low-temperature bleaching is: pH value 7.0,nTAED∶nH2O2 0.5∶1,bleaching at 70 ℃ for 60 min,bath ratio 10∶1,sodium pyrophosphate 2g/L.Decomposition rate of H2O2 is above 98% in the activated low temperature bleaching system.The whiteness of the fabric bleached in the activated low temperature process is a bit lower than that in the traditional process.Compared with traditional bleaching process,low temperature bleaching with glucose oxidase has lower damage and less strength loss to fibers.
