涤棉织物的有机磷酸钛阻燃整理

【摘要】 采用有机磷酸钛(PVA-P-Ti)对涤棉织物进行阻燃整理,研究了阻燃织物的热性能、力学性能、阻燃性能和纤维形貌结构变化。热性能分析表明,阻燃剂PVA-P-Ti对涤棉织物具有良好的催化脱水成炭作用。织物经阻燃整理后,阻燃剂通过渗透和缠结作用固着于纤维,使织物具有良好的阻燃性能和耐水洗性能,拉伸性能也明显提高,但白度下降。

【Abstract】 The finishing process of polyester-cotton fabric with organic phosphate titanium(FR-P-Ti) is carried out.The thermal properties,mechanical properties,flame retardant properties,and fiber morphology change of the flame retardant fabric are investigated.Thermal performance analysis shows that FR-P-Ti is effective on catalyzing dehydration charring of polyester-cotton fabric.The results show that the flame retardancy,washing properties,and tensile properties of the treated fabric are all significantly improved,only white degree decreased.The reason is that flame retardant is fixed onto fiber of the fabric by penetration and entanglement.
