【摘要】 目的探讨非腔镜和腔镜辅助Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析35例非腔镜辅助Nuss手术(A组)与24例腔镜辅助Nuss手术(B组)的临床资料,比较2种术式围手术期情况、并发症和手术效果。结果 59例均顺利完成手术,A组患者的麻醉诱导至插管完成时间及手术时间[(10.5±1.2)min、(47.4±11.9)min]均短于B组[(14.2±2.3)min、(62.2±14.6)min](P<0.01)。A组患者术后镇痛药物使用率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。两组出血量、气胸发生率、胸腔积液发生率、住院时间等指标差异无显著性。结论非腔镜辅助Nuss手术不但减少了一个切口,其麻醉诱导至插管完成时间、手术时间、术后镇痛药物使用率均优于腔镜辅助下Nuss手术,术式更为合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of non-throacoscopic were retrospectively analyzed,and thoracoscopy-assisted Nuss procedure with pectus excavatum.Methods 59 cases of pectus excavatum 35 cases with non-thoraeosocpic Nuss procedure(group A),the other by thoracoscopy-assisted Nuss procedure(group B).The outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The procedures were completed in all of the 59 patients.The operation time and the time from the beginning of anesthesia induction to intubation success of the group A were significantly shorter than those in the group B [(10.5 ± 1.2) min,(47.4 ± 11.9) min vs(14.2 ± 2.3) min,(62.2 ±14.6) min](P <0.01).The frequency of patients requiring analgesia in group A was also significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the rate of postoperative complications between the two groups(pneumothorax and haemothorax).There was no significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss and the hospital stay between the two groups.Conclusion Non-throacoscopic Nuss procedure need not only less traumatic,but also shorter operation time and the time from the beginning of anesthesia induction to intubation success,and postoperative analgesic,than those in the thoracoscopy-assisted Nuss procedure.Non-throacoscopic Nuss procedure is more simple and reasonable.更多还原
