抗高热流防静电涂层性能

【摘要】 研制了一种抗高热流防静电涂层,对涂层的抗高热流冲刷、防静电等性能进行了研究。经1.5、2.5、3.6、7.2 MW/m2短时(1 s)热流冲刷后,涂层无鼓泡、剥落,烧蚀前后体积电阻率均<1×107Ω.cm,且具备一定的环境防护功能。

【Abstract】 A high-heat-flux resistant and anti-electrostatic coating was developed.The high-heat-flux resistant and anti-electrostatic performance was studied.The coating shows good adhesion to the substrate material without bubbling and peeling phenomena after exposuring to 1.5,2.5,3.6 and 7.2 MW/m2 heat flux.The volume resistivity of the coating before and after washing are both ≤107 Ω·cm.The coating also shows excellent environment-durable performance.
