【Abstract】 In English people often express their meanings or describe things with a variety of abstract ways or words to make their sentences brief and short. But in Chinese people prefer to use concrete and vivid expressions to make their meaning definite and clarified. In translating English sentences into Chinese, the translator always has to change the abstract expressions into concrete ones so as to make their translation natural and vernacular.
