【摘要】 目的调查以腹泻伴腹痛、恶心、呕吐为主要症状的感染性腹泻的病因,查找传染源,分析调查处置过程,为预防控制疫情提供科学依据同时积累应急处置经验。方法采用流行病学调查方法对病例进行调查,采集患者和食堂员工样本、水样品进行分离培养和运用PCR和等方法进行检测。结果对采集样本进行实验室检测,水源水、出厂水、管网末梢水和4份患者样本致泻性大肠埃希菌毒素基因阳性,PCR检测4份患者样本杯状病毒阳性,从水源水、出厂水、管网末梢水和5份患者样本中分离出致泻性大肠埃希菌。结论该校学生是由于水源污染引起的致泻性大肠埃希菌和腹泻病毒混合感染所致的感染性腹泻,水源水被污染,消毒设备损坏而至饮用水未经过消毒处理是引起此次感染性腹泻疫情发生的传染源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of infectious diarrhea with diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting as the main symptoms,find the source of infection,analyze the disposal of the investigation,and provide scientific evidence for disease prevention and control while the emergency response experience accumulated.Methods Cases were investigated with epidemiological method,samples of patients and eatery staff,water samples were collected to conduct isolation and PCR detection.Results Samples from 4 patients,source water,finished water and pipeline water were positive by detected diarrheogenic E.coli toxin genes with PCR method,Sample from 4 patients were positive by detected calicvirus with PCR method,diarrheogenic E.coli was isolated from 5 patients,source water,finished water and pipeline water samples.Conclusion The outbreak of gastroenteritis among students in this school is caused by calicvirus and diarrheogenic E.coli,,the source of infection is the pollution of source water,the drinking water disinfection equipment out of work caused the outbreak of infectious diarrhea.更多还原
