【摘要】 目的了解云南省分离出的C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌的分子特征。方法对C群菌株进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分型(PF-GE)、多位点测序技术(MLST)分型。结果对6株C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳,发现6种带型;6株C群做了MLST分型,分属5种,有4种MLST在当时的数据库中未找。结论云南省C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌的基因具有高度多样性,且没有典型的流行菌群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the biological characteristics of Neisseria meningitidis(N.meningitidis) group C isolated in Yunnan province.Methods Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) and multilocus sequence typing(MLST)were conducted for the subtyping of N.meningitidis group C.Results By PFGE,6 PFGE patterns were found among 6 strains of N.meningitidis group C,and by MLST,5 types were found among these 6 strains,but 4 MLST types were not included in the database by then.Conclusion Highly diversity of gene of N.meningitidis group C was found and no typical circulating strain was detected in Yunnan province.更多还原
