【摘要】 目的:探讨胃镜下止血治疗老年性消化性溃疡并出血的临床疗效。方法:选择144例老年性消化性溃疡并出血的患者,随机分为2组:甲组80例采用胃镜下喷洒和或注射止血治疗;乙组64例予以每天2次静脉滴注奥美拉唑40mg,疗程5天。治疗期间记录病人的72h治疗成功率、再出血率、止血时间、住院天数作为疗效判断指标。结果:72h治疗成功率分别为87.5%(70)、50.0%(32);再出血率分别为6.25%(5)、26.6%(17);止血时间(h)分别为46.2±14.5、86.8±19.4;住院天数(d)分别为15.8±2.0、24.1±4.2,甲乙两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜下止血治疗老年出血性消化性溃疡的临床疗效较内科治疗更满意,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study age-endoscopic hemostasis of bleeding peptic ulcer therapy.Methods: 144 patients with senile patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into 2 groups: Group A 80 cases and by endoscopic spraying or injection therapy treatment;Group B 64 cases to 2 times a day intravenous infusion of omeprazole40mg,treatment for 5 days.Recorded during the 72h treatment of patients with treatment success rate,rebleeding rate,bleeding time,hospital stay,as indicators of efficacy judgments.Results: 72h treatment success rate was 87.5%(70),50.0%(32);rebleeding rate was 6.25%(5),26.6%(17);bleeding time(h) were 46.2±14.5,86.8±19.4;hospital stay(d) were 15.8 ± 2.0,24.1±4.2,B groups were significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusions: Endoscopic hemostasis of hemorrhagic peptic ulcer old clinical medical treatment is more satisfactory than the worth of clinical application.更多还原
