【摘要】 目的:探讨小剂量安体舒通治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:入选慢性心力衰竭患者76例,随机分为安体舒通(A组)和对照组(B组),均予标准三联抗心衰治疗,A组联用安体舒通(20-40mg/d)B组不加安体舒通。治疗前和治疗后6周分别进行心功能(NYHA)分级评估,超声心动图、6分钟步行距离为客观指标,借以评价心功能改善程度。结果:治疗6周后A、B两组心功能分级、左室收缩末期内径(mm)、6分钟步行距离均显著改善(P<0.05);与B组比较,A组改善更显著(P<0.05)结论:应用小剂量安体舒通治疗CHF疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To evaluate the colincal therapeutic efficacy of spironlactone in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods: Patients with CHF consisted of 76 cases were randomized into group A and B.In addition,group A was given spironolactone(20-40 mg/d),group B was not given spironolactone.the heart function(by NYHA),echocardiography and the distance after 6 minutes walk test were performed before and after the treatment of six weeks.Results: Six weeks after treatment,NYHA class and the distance after 6 minutes walk test improved significantly in both groups(P<0.05),but more significantly in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: Use of spironolactone is absolutely reliable for patients with CHF更多还原
