【摘要】 目的比较经尿道前列腺电切除术(TURP),经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)和开放性手术耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术(SPP)治疗前列腺增生症术后对病人性功能的影响。方法选取180例良性前列腺增生症(BPH)病人,TURP组,PKRP组,SPP组各60例。分别对术后病人跟踪观察12个月,总结其术后勃起功能障碍(ED)及逆行射精(RE)的发生率。结果术后12个月勃起障碍的发生率,TURP组为33.3%,PKRP组为31.7%,SPP组为60%。逆行射精的发生率,TURP组为41.7%,PKRP组为40.0%,SPP组为43.3%。结论在治疗前列腺增生症,前列腺经尿道手术对术后勃起功能障碍及性生活的影响明显优于开放性手术,但是在逆行射精方面则无明显差异。更多还原
