前列腺经尿道手术与开放性手术后对性功能影响的比较

【摘要】 目的比较经尿道前列腺电切除术(TURP),经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)和开放性手术耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术(SPP)治疗前列腺增生症术后对病人性功能的影响。方法选取180例良性前列腺增生症(BPH)病人,TURP组,PKRP组,SPP组各60例。分别对术后病人跟踪观察12个月,总结其术后勃起功能障碍(ED)及逆行射精(RE)的发生率。结果术后12个月勃起障碍的发生率,TURP组为33.3%,PKRP组为31.7%,SPP组为60%。逆行射精的发生率,TURP组为41.7%,PKRP组为40.0%,SPP组为43.3%。结论在治疗前列腺增生症,前列腺经尿道手术对术后勃起功能障碍及性生活的影响明显优于开放性手术,但是在逆行射精方面则无明显差异。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 Relatively being given or got an electric shock resection(TURP) by urethra prostate gland is sliced Shu(PKRP) by urethra prostate gland etc.ion double pole electricity and open sex surgical operation disgrace bone to ascend Be taken off by urine bladder prostate gland in addition to the Shu(SPP) treatment prostate gland increases to living disease Shu behind to the influence of patient’s sexual function.【Methods】 Select by examinations 180 positive prostate glands to increase to give birth to a disease(BPH) patient,TURP set,PKRP set,the SPP set is 60 for each.Follow to observe for 12 months after the Shu to the patient respectively,tally up after its Shu erection function obstacle(ED) and treacherous acts to shoot the incidence rate of Jing(RE).【Results】 12 month erections after the Shu stumbling incidence rate,the TURP set is 33.3%,the PKRP set is 31.7%,and the SPP set is 60%.The treacherous acts shoots the incidence rate of Jing,the TURP set is 41.7%,the PKRP set is 40.0%,SPP set is 43.3%.【Conclusion】 BE curing prostate gland to increase to living a disease,the prostate gland is obviously surpassed to open sex surgical operation to the influence of erection function obstacle and sex life after Shu by urethra surgical operation,but in the treacherous acts shoot Jing then without the obvious difference.
