【摘要】 [背景]探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对输尿管结石的诊断价值.[病例报告]对进行彩色多普勒超声检查并经临床碎石或手术证实的70例输尿管结石患者资料进行回顾性分析,结果见发生于单侧者为68例(右侧为37例,左侧为31例),双侧为2例;结石大小为3mm×2mm～27mm×14mm;单发为66例,多发为4例;漏诊为2例,彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断符合率为97.1%.[讨论]彩色多普勒超声检查作为常规超声检查的有效补充,是输尿管结石诊断的理想的检查手段.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To probe into the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography for ureteral calculus.CASE REPORTS It was retrospectively analyzed that the data in 70 cases of ureteral calculus examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and confirmed by lithotrity or operation,and the results showed that 68 cases occurred in unilateral,including 37 cases in right side and 31 casesin left side,and 2 cases occurred in bilateral,and the size of calculus was from 3 mm×2 mm to 27 mm×14 mm,66 cases were solitary,4 cases were multiple,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed and the coincidence rate of diagnosis with color Doppler ultrasonography was 97.1%.DISCUSSION The color Doppler ultrasonography as effective supplement in general ultrasonic testing is considered ideal examinational method for diagnosing the ureteral calculus.更多还原
