【摘要】 目的观察慢肾膏择时穴位贴敷治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将99例患者随机分为三组,A组在西医常规治疗基础上用慢肾膏三伏三九天穴位贴敷治疗,B组在西医常规治疗基础上用慢肾膏非三伏三九天穴位贴敷治疗,C组用西医常规治疗。结果 A、B组在总有效率、临床症状及尿定量、肾功能改善等方面与C组有明显差异(P<0.01),而在A、B组之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论慢肾膏穴位贴敷能够改善患者的临床症状,减少尿蛋白,增加血浆白蛋白,改善肾功能,是预防肾小球硬化及延缓进入肾功能不全的简便易行的方法,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and safety of Manshengao timing acupuncture point treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 99 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,group A was given Manshengao acupuncture point treatment in Sanfu-Sanjiu Tian on the basic of normal treatment of modern medicine,group B was given Manshengao acupuncture point treatment in non-Sanfu-Sanjiu Tian on the basic of normal treatment of modern medicine,and group C was given normal treatment of modern medicine.Results The total efficiency,clinical symptoms,quantitative urine,the improvement of renal function and other aspects of group A and B had obvious discrepancy with group C(P <0.01),while the difference between group A and B was slight(P >0.05).Conclusion After the observation,the Manshengao timing acupuncture point treatment can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce urinary protein,increase serum albumin,and improve renal function.Therefore,it is a simple method to prevent glomerulosclerosis and delay the process of renal inadequacy,which deserves the clinical expansion.更多还原
