【摘要】 护理理念是护理人员的专业信念和职业价值观,指导护理人员的专业行为并表现在日常工作言行举止中。本文阐述了护理理念和护理行为的内涵以及它们之间的相互关系,主张推行护理学者贝维斯(Bevis)提出的具有人文主义色彩的存在主义理念,并说明此理念在护理行为中的运用。护理行为包括护理人员自身的护理行为和对护理人员的协作行为。护理人员只有秉持正确的护理理念,才能施以正确的护理行为,推动护理事业向前发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nursing concept is the professional belief and professional value of the nursing staffs,which guides the professional behavior of nurses and reflects in the daily work,and in both words and deeds.This paper expounds the connotation of nursing concept and nursing behavior and their inter-relationship,advocates the concept of humanistic existentialism proposed by nursing scholar Bevis,and explains the application of the concept in nursing practices,including the nurse’s self-nursing behavior and the collaborative behavior.Only with the right nursing concept can the nursing behavior be developed forward.更多还原
