【Abstract】 With the development of networking of hospital management,application of new information storage media as CD and IC cards and the globalization of Internet,electronic medical record is the inevitable product.Electronic medical record,whose clinical applica-tion has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of medical care,is the trend of modern management of hospital medical records.Howev-er,this is just the start of electronic medical record application.It is worthy for us to explore how to give full play to the role of medical record information in order to serve better for the hospital management,clinical,teaching,research,disease prevention and health care,med-ical insurance,medical disputes resolution,and so on.Management and development of medical record information and improvement of its application rate will reflect the true value of medical record management.更多还原
