【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对门诊输液患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法对126例门诊输液患者焦虑、抑郁状态进行护理干预,并对干预前后患者焦虑、抑郁状态变化进行比较。结果采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定结果显示,护理干预后患者SAS、SDS明显降低(P<0.01),且患者焦虑、抑郁缓解率明显改善(P<0.01)。结论心理护理、健康教育、健康指导等护理干预能有效缓解和消除患者焦虑、抑郁等情绪变化,使患者的不良情绪明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression of transfusion outpatients.Methods To take nursing intervention in 126 transfusion outpatients with anxiety and depression,and compare the scores of anxiety and depression after intervention with those before intervention.Results Using Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) evaluation showed that after nursing intervention SAS,SDS decreased significantly(P <0.01),and the patients’ anxiety,depression remission rate were significantly improved(P <0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention such as the psychological care,health education and guidance and so on can effectively alleviate and eliminate anxiety,depression and other emotional changes,the patients’ bad mood is improved significantly.更多还原
