【摘要】 目的提高经皮睾丸穿刺术的护理技术水平,减少并发症。方法从2005年6月～2010年6月共245例无精子症患者应用经皮睾丸穿刺活检取曲细精管。结果 245例患者均成功取出曲细精管。结论做好心理护理、术前准备、术中密切配合、术后健康宣教,能有效地预防经皮睾丸穿刺活检术后并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the nursing level of percutaneous testicular biopsy and reduce the complications. Methods 245 cases of azoospermia patients were performed the percutaneous testicular biopsy from June 2005 to June 2010. Results All of the 245 patients had been successfully taken out the seminfferous tubules. Conclusion Good psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,intraoperative close cooperation and the healthy propaganda after surgery can effectively prevent the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
