【摘要】 目的建立活血祛瘀片中主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为研究该复方制剂的质量标准提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱分析方法对该制剂中的三七、大黄等药材进行定性鉴别。结果各供试品色谱中,在与各自对照品色谱相同的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论该鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好、灵敏度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up the thin-layer chromatogram method of the pricipal ingredients in Huo Xue Hua Yu Troche,and to establish the foundation for the quality standards of compound preparation. Methods The TCL method was adopted to distinguish the Rhizom of Common Souliea,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Ramulus Cinnamomi in this drug. Results The characteristic spots on the chromatogram of the preparation were corresponding to the ones of contrast product,and the negative contrast had no disturbance. Conclusion This method has good specialization,reproducibility,and sensitivity. It can be used for the quality control of Huo Xue Hua Yu Troche.更多还原
