【摘要】 目的探讨宫颈电刀环切术对宫颈疾病治疗的临床意义。方法对不同类型的60例宫颈疾病患者采用宫颈电刀环切术治疗,观察手术时间、出血量及术后疗效,切除组织全部送病理学检查。结果该方法对宫颈疾病的一次手术成功率为96.7%,平均手术时间为5.3min,平均出血量5.6ml,无继发性出血与感染发生,手术标本送病理学检查后确诊。结论宫颈电刀环切术治疗宫颈病变安全有效、简单易行、并发症少,在治疗的同时能进行诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of patients with cervix uteri diseases treated by LEEP. Methods 60 patients with cervix uteri diseases who had been diagnosed by examination were treated with LEEP. The operation time and hemorrage volume and curative effect were observed. Results The curative rate of the patients was 96.7%,the average operation time was 5.3 min and the average hemorrage volume was 5.6 ml. The rate of secondary bleeding and infection was low,and the operate specimen was pathologically checked. Conclusion LEEP for the treatment of cervix uteri diseases is easy and safe,the complications are less,and it can be diagnosed at the same time of the treatment.更多还原
