【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理对尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效的影响。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者,利用随机数字表法随机分为综合护理组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组应用尿激酶溶栓治疗后,采用严密观察生命体征、意识、瞳孔、肢体活动及言语变化,注意监测凝血机制等进行常规护理;而综合护理组则在溶栓常规护理的基础上,在溶栓前、溶栓中、溶栓后采用综合护理流程进行心理护理、健康教育、康复护理等系统综合护理,观察比较两组溶栓后的效果。结果综合护理组基本痊愈18例、显著进步10例、无变化2例、恶化0例、死亡0例;而对照组基本痊愈10例、显著进步14例、无变化6例、恶化0例、死亡0例,两组溶栓疗效比较经Ridit分析,综合护理组明显优于对照组(U=2.0274,P<0.05)。结论综合护理能明显提高急性脑梗死患者的溶栓治疗效果,其溶栓疗效与护理配合密切相关,提示严密观察病情变化,精心护理是保证溶栓成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the effect of urokinase thrombolysis for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups with random digits table: comprehensive nursing group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).Vital signs,consciousness,pupil,physical activity and speech changes were closely recorded after using urokinase thrombolysis in the control group,and clotting mechanism was measured.Comprehensive nursing group was treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing procedures including mental nursing,health education,rehabilitation nursing before,during and after thrombolysis.The effects of the two groups were observed and compared after thrombolysis treatment.Results In the comprehensive nursing group,18 cases nearly recovered,10 cases remarkably improved,2 cases had no change,no case deteriorated,no case was dead.In the control group,10 cases nearly recovered,14 cases remarkably improved,6 cases had no change,no case deteriorated,no case was dead.By using the Ridit analysis,the thrombolysis effect of the comprehensive nursing group appeared to be improved in contrast to the control group(U=2.0274,P <0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can remarkably improve the therapeutic efficacy of thrombolysis for the patients with acute cerebral infarction.The therapeutic efficacy of thrombolysis is closely related to nursing care.It shows that closely observing the patients’ condition and intensive nursing are the key for the success of thrombolysis.更多还原
