【摘要】 目的探讨CD10在胰腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征和术后存活率的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测83例胰腺癌和10例正常胰腺组织中CD10的表达。分析CD10在胰腺癌中的表达与临床病理特征和预后之间的相关性。结果胰腺癌中CD10的表达率随着临床TNM分期的增加而明显增高;胰腺癌中CD10的表达阳性患者,其术后生存率明显低于CD10表达阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌中CD10的高表达与TNM分期高有关。CD10在胰腺癌的发展、转移及预后中可能发挥重要作用,可作为临床评价胰腺癌生物学行为及评估预后的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CD10 in pancreatic carcinoma and their survival time after surgery.Methods Examined the expression status of CD10 in 83 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 10 cases of normal pancreatic tissues samples by the method of immunohistochemical.The correlation among the variety of expression of CD10 and patients’ survival time after surgery was statistically analyzed.Results CD10 expression was significantly associated with TNM stage.The patients with positive CD10 expression had shorter survival time than those of with negative CD10 expression(P <0.05).Conclusion High expression of CD10 in pancreatic carcinoma was associated with high TNM stage,and may have significantly role in cancer progress,invasion and survival time.CD10 play significant role in the evolution of pancreatic carcinoma and can be used as useful indicator for clinical assessment of tumor biological behavior and prognosis in patients.更多还原
