【摘要】 目的观察小针刀联合神经阻滞治疗臀部皮神经卡压征的疗效。方法按诊断标准选取典型臀部皮神经卡压征患者220例,其中臀上皮神经卡压者140例,臀中皮神经卡压者50例,股后皮神经卡压者30例,将其随机分为三组:小针刀治疗组、神经阻滞治疗组及小针刀与神经阻滞联合治疗组。采取不同的方法进行治疗,比较治疗效果及复发率。结果联合组治疗效果明显优于其他各治疗组,且复发率低。结论小针刀松解联合神经阻滞治疗臀部皮神经卡压征是行之有效的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of actupotomy combined with nerve blocking in treating cluneal nerve entrapment syndromes.Methods 220 patients with cluneal nerve entrapment syndromes were chosen according to the diagnostic criteria,including 140 cases of superior cluneal nerve entrapment syndromes,50 cases of middle cluneal nerve entrapment syndromes,30 cases of posterior cluneal nerve entrapment syndromes.The patients were divided into three groups:the actupotomy treatment group,the nerve blocking treatment group and the actupotomy combined with nerve blocking group.The curative effect and relapse rate were compared after treating with different methods.Results The curative effect of actupotomy combined with nerve blocking was superior to others and the relapse rate was the lowest.Conclusion It is effective to treat cluneal nerve entrapment syndromes with actupotomy combined with nerve blocking.更多还原
