【摘要】 目的了解不同应对方式对2型糖尿病患者心理反应症状的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和医学应对评定量表,对200例2型糖尿病患者进行调查,并与国内常模进行比较,得出自评量表各因子与应对方式之间的关系。结果 2型糖尿病患者心理症状总分高于国内常模(P<0.01);其心理症状客观存在,结果与国内常模比较,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖均高于国内常模(P<0.05);应对方式回避高于国内常模(P<0.01),具有统计学意义;其中强迫、焦虑、敌对、精神病性与回避呈正相关,躯体化与屈服呈显著正相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者的心理症状客观存在,应加强心理护理,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the different coping styles in patients with type 2 diabetes symptoms of psychological reaction.Methods Using the symptom checklist(SCL-90) and medical response rating scale,investigating 200 patients with type 2 diabetes,compared with the national norm,to obtain the relationship between derived factors of self-rating scale and coping styles.Results Psychological symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes were higher than the domestic norm total score(P <0.01);their psychological symptoms existed objectively,comparing the results with the domestic norm,somatization,depression,anxiety,hostility,terrorism were higher than the national norm(P <0.05);coping style avoidance was higher than the national norm(P <0.01),with statistical significance;of which compulsion,anxiety,hostility,psychoticism was positively related to avoidance,somatization had significantly positive correlation with submission.Conclusion Psychological symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes is an objective existence,therefore psychological nursing should be reinforced to promote patient’s quality of life.更多还原
