光栅位移传感器在高压开关机构位移测量中的应用
Grating Displacement Sensor Application in High-voltage Switch Displacement Measurement
【摘要】 针对高压开关机构位移测量,采用计量光栅位移传感器,根据莫尔条纹原理测量机械位移,进而通过高速ADC进行数据采集,利用DSP来进行信号处理;同时提出了一种新的位移测量方法,可以完成高速鉴向和计数测量。与老式的测量方法相比,大大提高了精度。
【Abstract】 This paper used grating displacement sensor to measure the displacement of high-voltage switch mechanism,according to the principle of Moiré fringe measurement,and then through the high-speed ADC to acquire data.This paper used DSP for signal processing and proposed a new method of displacement measurement which can be done to speed identification and count measurements.
