基于CAN/LIN总线车身网络优化设计与CAN通信实现
In-vehicle Network Optimum Design Based on CAN/LIN Bus and CAN Communication
【摘要】 综合考虑了车身网络布线、车身结构、成本因素以及后续开发工作的可扩展性,提出了一种基于CAN/LIN总线的车身网络优化设计方案。设计采用集成的Freescale的控制芯片进行了CAN通信节点、CAN/LIN网关节点(LIN主节点)和LIN从节点的硬件原理设计。最后,搭建一个CAN通信实验台,并实现了CAN通信和节点数据采集控制目的。提出的车身网络优化设计方案有效简化布线、降低设计和开发成本,并且用实验证明了其CAN通信和控制可行性。
【Abstract】 Comprehensive network cable wiring,the structure,the cost factors and the extensibility of the subsequent development were considered.A design solution for in-vehicle network optimum was presented based on CAN/LIN bus.The design adopted the integrated freescale control chip to carry out hardware design principle of CAN communication node,CAN/LIN gateway node(LIN master node) and LIN slave node.Finally,a CAN communication experimental device was built up,and the purposes of communication and node data collection and control were accomplished.The optimum design in-vehicle network can effectively simplify cable wiring,reduce design and development costs.The feasibility of CAN communication and control is proved through experiments.
