基于DSP的铁道钢轨外形磨耗测量仪数采系统
Portable Rail Profilometer’s Measurement System Based on DSP
【摘要】 根据钢轨外形磨耗测量仪的工作原理,设计了基于DSPTMS320F2812数据采集系统的硬件方案和软件方案。主要介绍了光电编码器与DSP的硬件接口及数采系统的供电方案;并阐述了EV模块的初始化程序和钢轨轨头数据采集与处理流程。实践证明,该系统能够准确、方便地测量铁道钢轨轨头曲线外形,并计算得出垂直磨耗与侧面磨耗值。
【Abstract】 According to measuring model of the rail profilometer,the measurement system’s hardware and software was designed based on DSP TMS320F2812.This paper mainly introduced the hardware interface of the DSP and the photoelectric encoder.The initialization of the EV module was introduced in detail,the same as the data acquisition and processing.The experiment indicates that the system can measure the rail head’s appearance and calculate the vertical and lateral wear abrasion accurately and conveniently.
