非制冷红外传感器的灵敏度改进设计
Improvement of Sensitivity Design about Uncooled Infrared Sensor
【摘要】 通过改变二极管型红外传感器的像元结构,在相等面积内串联多个小P+/N阱单元,提高了传感器感受外界红外辐射的灵敏度。利用仿真和实验证明了该结构的设计能够很好地提高红外传感器的输出信号强度和灵敏度,有效地解决了红外传感器输出信号非常微弱的问题,满足了实际测试的需要。
【Abstract】 Changing the pixel structure of diode-based infrared sensor and making the small P+/N well units in series,the sensitivity of the sensor was improved in infrared radiation.The structure designed was proved to be able to enhance the strength and sensitivity of the output signal by the simulation and experiment,solving the problem of weak output effectively and meeting the needs of the actual test.
