单对磁极磁编码器的信号获取方案
Signal Acquirement Method of Single Pair-Pole Encoder
【摘要】 磁编码器相对于光电编码器而言,具有结构简单且不受外界环境影响等优势,但其精度和分辨率较低。针对单对磁极磁编码器,设计了新型的磁体结构,对磁体周围的磁场分布及变化规律进行了理论推导及有限元分析,其中理论推导是从磁偶极子的磁场强度出发的,有限元分析采用的是ANSYS软件。进一步结合实验论证,确定了合适的信号获取方案,为后续的信号处理奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Compared with the optical encoder,magnetic encoder has the advantages of simple structure and it can be less affected by the external influences,but it has lower accuracy and resolution.For the single-pole magnetic encoder,this paper designed a new magnet structure.And the magnetic-field distribution and the law around magnet was deduced on theory and analyzed by finite element analysis,about the section of the theory,it is derived from the magnetic dipole field strength,used ANSYS to finite element analysis.Then calculated with the results of the experimen,it was so detailed that can be the appropriate signal for the it program determined.Thus,the design lays a good foundation for the subsequent signal processing.
