【摘要】 油量表是叉车仪表盘上一个重要的组成部分,它主要用来指示油箱中剩余的油量,也为监视发动机安全工作提供了可靠的指示。数字滤波技术是信号处理中一种重要的去噪、消除干扰的方法。文章研究了算术平均滤波和限幅滤波两种数字滤波方法在油量表中的应用,给出了一种新的数字滤波的方法和步骤。实验结果表明该数字滤波技术在油量表中能提高仪表的测量精度,具有良好的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the important parts of the dash board of a forklift is the fuel meter,which is mainly used to indicate the remaining oil.Through the meter,we could monitor engine to ensure it works in a safety situation.Digital filtering technology is an important signal processing method in denoising and eliminating interference.Applications of two digital filtering methods: arithmetic average filtering and limiting filtering are studied in the oil meter.General method and the steps of a new digital filtering are presented.Experimental results show that the digital filtering technology can increase the precision of oil scale measurement and has a good practicability.更多还原
