水热还原法制备铜
Preparation of Copper under Hydrothermal Condition
【摘要】 以CuSO4·H2O为原料,葡萄糖为还原剂,采用水热法成功制备出铜。并川X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:当OH-、Cu2+、葡萄糖的摩尔比为4:3:1,水热温度为160℃,反应时间为24 h时,产物为无规则形貌的铜;当加入离子液体时,产物的平均粒径为5.1μm的球形铜。
【Abstract】 Copper was prepared by hydrothermal process using cupric suifate pentanhydrate as raw materials and glucose as reducing agent.It’s structure and morphology was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).When the molar ratio of OH,Cu2+,glucose was 4:3:1 in the reaction precursor,temperature was 160 C and the reaction time was 24 h.copper of irregular morphology was obtained. Futhermore when used ionic liquid,the product became spherical,it’s average particle size was 5.1μm.
