【摘要】 目的 观察不同剂量的鱼腥草蒸馏液灌胃对大鼠变态反应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的影响。方法采用卵清蛋白(ovallbumin,OVA)致敏建立大鼠AR模型,40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、AR组、小剂量鱼腥草组、中剂量鱼腥草组和大剂量鱼腥草组。观察不同剂量的鱼腥草蒸馏液干预对大鼠AR的影响。结果 中剂量和大剂量鱼腥草蒸馏液能减轻AR大鼠搔鼻和喷嚏次数,降低血清IgE含量,增加血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的含量,减轻大鼠AR时鼻黏膜损害。结论 中剂量和大剂量鱼腥草蒸馏液对大鼠AR具有保护作用,以中等剂量效果最佳;这种保护作用是通过减轻大鼠鼻黏膜损伤,下调血清IgE含量,增加血清IL-12的含量而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of Herba Houttuyniae distillate administered by gavage on allergic rhinitis(AR) in rats.Methods With AR model established by ovalbumin allergy induction,forty female SD rats were randomized into control group,AR group,small-dose group,medium-dose group and large-dose group.The effect of intervention with different doses of Herba Houttuyn.iae on AR in rats was observed.Results Medium-dose and large-dose Herba Houttuyniae reduced the times of nose scratching and sneezing in AR rats,decreased serum IgE levels,increased the content of serum interleukin-12(IL-12),and attenuated damages to the nasal mucosa in AR.Conclusion Medium-dose and large-dose Herba Houttuyniae distillate could protect against AR in rats,with the best efficacy achieved at medium dose;The protective effect was realized by the alleviation of the injury to the nasal mucosa,downregulation of serum IgE and upregulation of serum IL-12 in AR rats.更多还原
