【摘要】 目的 评价气管插管麻醉在Peutz-Jeghers综合征(Peutz-Jeghers syndrome,PJS)小肠息肉行小肠镜治疗中的应用价值。方法 对69例经双气囊电子小肠镜(double-balloon enteroscopy,DBE)诊治的Peutz-Jeghers综合征患者行气管插管全麻,静脉复合应用异丙酚、芬太尼、阿曲库胺。记录治疗前、治疗中、治疗后血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度,以及患者的不良反应。结果 全组均安全完成检查治疗,术毕顺利拔管,血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度在治疗前、治疗中、治疗后均无明显变化。结论 气管插管全醉下对Peutz-Jeghers综合征患者行电子小肠镜检查治疗安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of general anesthesia by double-balloon video enteroscopy（DBE） with tracheal intubation in patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome（PJS）.Methods A total of 69 patients diagnosed as having PJS by oral DBE underwent intravenous general anesthesia by a combination of propofol,fentanyl and atracurium plus a tracheal intubation.The systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,heart rate（HR） and pulse oximetry（SpO₂） were monitored before,during and after the treatment,and the adverse reactions throughout the treatment were recorded.Results All the patients underwent the examination and treatment successfully and had the enteroscope removed smoothly;There were no significant differences among the SBP,DBP,HR and SpO₂before,during and after endoscopy.The operations were safety completed with no complications.Conclusion Doubleballoon video enteroscopy by tracheal intubation under general anesthesia is a safe and effective procedure in patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.更多还原
