【摘要】 文章从拉萨市家庭旅馆的行业政策、总量、分布区域、经营主体及其特点、经营业务等方面进行分析,归纳了其所具有的定位明确、特色鲜明,服务项目多样化、特色化,集中片区发展等特征。指出家庭旅馆存在申请手续繁杂、变动性大、管理和服务不规范等问题。提出应通过加强管理、规范经营,保持和发扬特色,进一步推动和规范集中片区发展,组建家庭旅馆协会等有效措施推动拉萨市城关区家庭旅馆业实现可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 An empirical research is done on the development status of family hotels in Chengguan District of Lhasa,and sums up the industry policy,the total number,the distribution area,and the business items of family hotels.Based on the research,the article summarizes the successful experience,such as clear positioning,distinctive features,service diversity,and centralized development,and the existing problems,such as the high proportion of illegal family hotels,complex application procedures,and non-standard management and service.Some measures are proposed as follow: to strength management,to standardize operation,to promote and regulate the centralized development,to build up a family hotel association.更多还原
