【Abstract】 Tibet is rich in ecological resources.As tourism is Tibet’s pillar industry,the great concern of the decision makers should be how to implement ecological protection while developing tourism,namely ecotourism.In the process of making policies about ecotourism,a cost-benefit analysis of the natural ecology,economy and culture must be concerned as the analysis can confirm economic and social development to be in harmony with nature.更多还原
