【摘要】 目的探讨水通道蛋白5(AQP5)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测AQP5在35例正常宫颈组织和50例宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达。结果 AQP5在正常宫颈组织中几乎不表达,在宫颈鳞癌组织中主要位于细胞质膜上,在宫颈鳞癌组织中平均阳性表达率36.89%。宫颈鳞癌组织中表达显著高于正常对照组织。AQP5的表达高低和宫颈鳞癌淋巴结转移密切相关,和年龄、肿瘤大小、分级、FIGO分期无关。结论 AQP5在宫颈鳞癌中高表达,且表达量与淋巴结转移相关,可能成为宫颈鳞癌的预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of AQP5 protein in cervical squamous carcinoma and explore the relationship between AQP5 protein expression and the development of the cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods Expression of AQP5 protein was examined by immunohistochemical technology.Results AQP5 protein was located in the cell membrane in the cervical squamous carcinoma and the positive rate of AQP5 protein expression was 36.89%.There was almost no expression in the normal cervical tissues.Statistical analysis showed that AQP5 expression was significantly associated with lymph node involvement.No correlation was found between AQP5 protein expression and age,tumor size,tumor grade or FIGO stage.Conclusion AQP5 protein expression is related to lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous carcinoma and is a potential prognostic biomarker for cervical squamous carcinoma.更多还原
