【摘要】 目的分析了2型糖尿病(DM2)患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平的相关性。方法应用直接酶法和两点速率法分别对61例2型糖尿病患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平进行测定,并与35例正常健康者作比较。结果 2型糖尿病患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平非常显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01),血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论检测2型糖尿病患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平的变化对疗效观察、预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between plasma GHbA1C and Hcy levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Plasma GHbA1C(with enzymatic) Hcy(with Biochemistry)levels were measured in 61 patients with type 2 diabetes and 35 controls.Results Plasma GHbA1C and Hcy levels were significantly higher of the treatment group than those of the control(P<0.01).Plasma GHbA1C levels were significantly positively correlated with Hcy(P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of plasma GHbA1C and Hcy levels was useful for assessment of therapeutic efficacy and was of important clinical values in patients with type 2 diabetes.更多还原
