【摘要】 目的评价功能性鼻窦内镜手术(FESS)后,采用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗鼻腔的临床疗效。方法将FESS术后慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者128例,随机分为对照组(采用生理盐水冲洗)和鼻腔冲洗器组(采用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗,配合苍耳子、细辛、辛夷、黄芪、荆芥等多种中药提取液),分析比较2组的疗效。结果术后鼻腔冲洗器组的治愈率明显高于对照组,2组差异存在显著统计学意义。结论鼻腔冲洗器配合中药提取液冲洗,可以促进FESS术后创口的愈合、消除黏膜水肿,显著提高FESS的临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of instrument for irrigation on patients after FESS operation.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups.They were control group(washing with physiological saline) and nasal irrigations group(washing with instrument for irrigation,cooperating fully with Chinese medicine extract such as cocklebur fruit,asarum,magnolia flower,astragalus mongholicus and schizonepeta.Analysis and comparison were made in terms of the curative effect of the two groups.Results The curative effect of nasal irrigations group was better than that of control group,and the two groups had significant statistical significance.Conclusion The instrument for irrigation and cooperating fully with Chinese medicine extract can promote wound healing after FESS operation,eliminate mucosa edema and improve the clinical treatment effect.更多还原
