【摘要】 目的分析子宫动脉上行支结扎、宫腔纱条填塞联合应用在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年8月前置胎盘剖宫产术中联合应用子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔纱条填塞31例。结果在前置胎盘剖宫产术中联合应用子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔纱条填塞,止血迅速、效果确切。结论子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔纱条填塞联合应用于前置胎盘剖宫产术中能有效迅速止血,降低产后出血率,保留了产妇的子宫,提高了生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of combining ligation of the ascending branches of the uterine arteries and packing the womb with gauze strip in cesarean section of the placenta previa.Methods Retrospective analysis of the efficacy of combining ligation of the ascending branches of the uterine arteries and packing the womb with gauze strip performed on 31 cases in cesarean section of the placenta previa from February 2009 to October 2011 was conducted.Results Good effect was produced and hemorrhage was effectively controlled when ligation of the ascending branches of the uterine arteries and packing the womb with gauze strip in cesarean section of the placenta previa were performed.Conclusion The method of combining ligation of the ascending branches of the uterine arteries and packing the womb with gauze strip in cesarean section of the placenta previa is applicable in that it effectively controls post-cesarean section hemorrhage,preserves the women′s uterus and improves their life quality.更多还原
