【摘要】 目的探讨碘伏纱布换药法预防血液透析患者中心静脉导管感染的疗效。方法将80例留置中心静脉导管的血液透析患者随机分为两组各40例,研究组常规消毒后用10%的碘伏纱布湿敷置管口,再用无菌棉质纱布覆盖置管口;对照组常规消毒后直接用无菌纱布覆盖置管口。结果研究组导管留置天数明显长于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的感染发生率及局部皮肤阳性反应率显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论碘伏纱布湿敷中心静脉导管置管口可以降低导管感染的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of change dressing with gauze soaked into indophor in prevention of infection of patients with central venous catheter(CVC).Methods A total of 80 patients with hemodialysis were equally divided into control group and experimental group.Gauze soaked into indophor(10%) and then aseptic gauze covered the CVC after regular disinfection were applied to the experimental group.Aseptic gauze covered the CVC after regular disinfection was applied to the control group.Results The indwelling catheter of the experimental group stayed longer than the control group(P<0.05).The infection occurrence rate and the positive reaction of local skin of the control group were significantly higher than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).The duration of the indwelling catheter and infection had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The rate of infection can be reduced with the application of change dressing with gauze soaked into indophor.更多还原
