【摘要】 目的观察含呋喃唑酮的序贯疗法根除儿童幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效及安全性。方法将66例慢性胃炎及胃、十二指肠溃疡伴Hp感染患儿,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组32例,治疗组前5 d予奥美拉唑+阿莫西林,2次/d,后5 d予奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+呋喃唑酮,2次/d;对照组予奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素,2次/d,疗程7 d。疗程结束后至少4周复查14C-UBT,评估疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组Hp根除率为91.2%,对照组为78.1%。治疗组Hp根除率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论含呋喃唑酮的序贯疗法对儿童Hp的根除率高,疗效优于标准三联疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of sequential therapy with Furazolidone eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Sixty-six cases of chronic gastritis,gastric and duodenal ulcer children with Hp infection were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases) and control group(32 cases).The treatment group received Omeprazole + Amoxicillin 5 d before,2/d,Omeprazole plus Clarithromycin Furazolidone 5d after,2 times/d.The control group,Omeprazole + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin,2 times/d,treated for 7 d.At least 4 weeks after treatment review of 14C-UBT,the efficacy and adverse reactions were assessed.Results Hp eradication rate was 91.2% of the treatment group compared with 78.1% of the control group.Hp eradication rate was higher than the treatment group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Sequential therapy with Furazolidone has higher Hp eradication rate for children,and is more effective than standard triple therapy.更多还原
