【摘要】 目的探讨食管鳞癌中PTEN蛋白的表达与食管鳞癌分化、浸润及远处转移之间的关系。方法选择手术切除食管鳞癌手术后大体标本58例,检测PTEN在58例食管癌大体标本中的食管鳞癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及其相应的正常食管黏膜组织中的表达。结果 PTEN蛋白从正常黏膜-不典型增生-浸润癌渐进性表达减低,PTEN蛋白在正常黏膜与浸润癌中的表达有显著性差异;PTEN蛋白表达与食管癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关。结论 PTEN基因的失活(或缺失)及蛋白表达的下降在食管鳞癌的发生、分化及浸润转移过程中起重要作用。PTEN在食管鳞癌组织表达的下降或缺损,提示食管鳞癌可能发生了浸润甚至淋巴结转移,预后不良。这可能为临床上食管鳞癌治疗及预后研究提供新的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate PTEN protein expression in esophageal cancer and the pathological features of esophageal cancer in order to seek prevention,diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer in new ways.Methods Esophageal resection specimens of 58 patients after surgery in general were selected.Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect 58 cases of esophageal cancer in the general PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma specimens,adjacent atypical hyperplasia and their corresponding normal esophageal mucosa tissue expression.Results PTEN protein had a progressive reduction of the expression from normal mucosa to an invasive carcinoma dysplasia.PTEN protein in normal mucosa and invasive carcinoma were significantly different.PTEN protein expression was related to differentiation of esophageal cancer,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion During the differentiation,invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,the inactivation(or loss) and decreased expression of PTEN gene protein play an important role.The decline or impairment of PTEN expression in esophageal squamous cell suggests a possible invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma or lymph node metastasis,and poor prognosis.This may provide new means for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer and its prognosis research.更多还原
